Join us for a day full of badge earning opportunities! During this workshop, Junior, Cadette, and Senior Girl Scouts will have the opportunity to earn three badges and the Moneyville patch! On December 27th, Girl Scouts will join our Moneyville team for three workshops, each lasting one hour. The agenda includes: 10am Eastern: 2024 Vision Board Creation Girl Scouts will create vision boards for their 2024 goals and dreams. Girl Scouts will create a budget around their goals. This activity will be full of creativity! Junior Girl Scouts will earn the My Money Plan badge. Cadette Girl Scouts will earn the Financing My Dreams badge. Senior Girl Scouts will earn the My Financial Power badge. Break 11am Eastern: Galaxy Jar Experiment Girl Scouts will make their own galaxy jar to explore the wonders that make up our solar system (plus they are gorgeous)! Junior Girl Scouts will earn the Space Science Investigator badge. Cadette Girl Scouts will earn the Space Science Researcher badge. Senior Girl Scouts will earn the Space Science Expert badge. Lunch Break 1pm Eastern: New Years Eve Popper Project Girl Scouts will create their own New Years Eve poppers during this fun activity! Girl Scouts will learn how to design a product and discuss the importance of creating happiness action plans. Junior Girl Scouts will earn the Product Designer badge. Cadette Girl Scouts will earn the Science of Happiness badge! Senior Girl Scouts will earn the Moneyville patch! Supplies for activities will be shipped to Girl Scouts prior to the event. Please note that Girl Scouts will need to provide their own mason jar for the Galaxy Jar and toilet paper roll for the Popper Project, all other supplies will be provided.
